GECKO ® NANOPLAST ®

Gecko ® brand new

Irresistable attraction!
Technology derived from Nature: A silicon microstructure with approx. 29000 gripping elements per cm².
Using „Van-der-Waals“ fundamental principles based on forces of attraction, elastic Gecko®-tape exhibits high adhesion without leaving residues, not only on clean but also on moist and slippery surfaces.

MUSHROOM FASTENER

Pressotex®, a mushroom fastener tape up to 125 mm wide for use in combination with velours.
Turbo-Pressotex® (item no.76160) is used for geotextile applications, for example in tunnel construction to secure a fleece-backed PVC liner, which prevents moisture contamination of the concrete lining.

HOOK AND LOOP FASTENER

Klettostar ®, a fastener for frequent opening and closing. Klettostar ® is supplied with a wide range of high-performance, pressure sensitive adhesives. Rubber-based systems for quick and high adhesion, whilst acrylic adhesives have higher temperature and better ageing resistance. Also available are adhesives for low-energy surfaces, such us PE(polyethylene) or PP(polypropylene), as well as flame retardant ones.
Our adhesive laboratory employs state of the art analytical equipment like rheology, surface tension and computer tomography.

PROFILES

We develop and manufacture plastic profiles combined with our fastener systems, including co-extrusion. PVC is not used for enviromental reasons. Instead PVC our profiles are made from ABS, PC-ABS or Polyamide (Nylon) for example.
